ADMINISTRATION & HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
To perform administration tasks eg writing official correspondences, S.O.P and etc.
Advise and in charge full spectrum of HR Management duties including monthly payroll practice, implementing policies and procedures pertaining to manpower planning, recruitment, staff training and development, performance management and welfare administration.
Responsible for handling and monitoring Management Information System with the aid of IT Service Provider.
Requirements:
Preferably female holding a qualification in HR Management, Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of working experience.
Computer literate in MS Office and etc.
Required language(s): English (compulsory), Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
Hardworking with verbal and written skills, especially in English language.
Possess the abilities to prioritize, multi-task, work under minimal supervision and to meet deadlines.
MERCHANDISER (1 position for Ladies’ Range)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and developing new range of ladies’ merchandise, practise buying tasks, follow up with necessary product quality control and update delivery status.
Sourcing and liaison with factories/suppliers, price negotiation, monitoring & work within purchasing budget.
Responsible for merchandising issues such as sales analysis, pricing, gross margin, sell-through, purchasing budget and etc.
Requirements:
Hold a relevant qualification, preferably female below 35 years old is welcome to apply.
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail industry.
Computer literate in MS Office and etc.
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Melayu.
Superb communication abilities including strong verbal and written skills.
Hardworking with team player spirit and possess a deadline awareness.
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and produce ideas and designs for Radioactive’s Collection and Company’s Products (Men or Ladies Range) in line with the marketing direction of the Company.
Provide aid and support in all design areas (eg. preparing Point Of Purchasing material, display and decoration items etc), fashion website development and online store.
To compile and finalise design artworks and sample prints for suppliers and merchandisers before proceed to final production stage.
Responsible for the design, creation and update of fashion catalogue system and multimedia presentation.
Requirements:
Possess a Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
Proven proficiency in using Designing Tools eg. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop etc.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
Strong communication abilities including verbal and written skills.
A team player with hardworking attribute. Possess the abilities to prioritize, multi-task, work under minimal supervision and to meet deadlines.
